The recent labor difficulties between the players and owners in the National Hockey League resulted in the cancellation of a significant number of games. Over the past several decades, every major league sport has been affected by lockouts more than once. This year’s 5th Annual “Business of Sports” Conference will examine lockouts: why they happen, who “wins” and what affect they have on the fans among other topics through presentations featuring major league sports’ best and brightest, culminated by a Networking Reception. If a career in sports is your goal, then you don’t want to miss this terrific opportunity to learn from the experts!
